This $1,111 non-refundable deposit reserves your spot. The remaining balance is due 90 days before departure; payment plans are available. Please read the Terms and Cancellation below before booking.

Please read these terms carefully. By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to them.
Your $1,111 deposit is non-refundable and secures your place on this journey.
• 90+ days before departure: Balance payments are refundable, minus the deposit.
• 89–60 days before departure: 50% of the balance paid is refundable.
• Under 60 days before departure: All payments become non-refundable.
We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Valid passport required, with at least 6 months validity beyond travel dates. Egypt visa information will be provided upon booking.
This journey is confirmed with a minimum of 5 travelers. Should the journey not reach minimum capacity, deposits will be fully refunded or credited toward a future Awakening Ra journey.
This journey involves moderate walking on uneven terrain. Please consult your physician if you have health concerns.
By booking, travelers acknowledge the inherent risks of international travel, including but not limited to travel delays, physical activity, and unforeseen circumstances. Awakening Ra is not liable for injury, loss, illness, or damages incurred during the journey.
This is a shared, intimate experience for all travelers. Awakening Ra reserves the right to remove any participant from the journey, without refund, whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful to the group, guides, or local communities.
Egypt maintains strict laws regarding illegal drugs, including severe penalties for possession. This journey does not include the use of any illegal substances, and any traveler found in possession of or using illegal drugs will be removed from the journey immediately, without refund, and is solely responsible for any legal consequences. Alcohol, where available, is permitted responsibly at travelers' own expense.
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, political instability, government restrictions, etc.), Awakening Ra reserves the right to modify the itinerary or reschedule the journey. Every effort will be made to minimize disruption; refund eligibility in such cases will be assessed individually.
Awakening Ra may capture photos and video during the journey for use in future marketing and storytelling. Please notify us if you'd prefer not to be included.
