We offer have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at connect@awakeningra.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed excluding any return shipping costs.
Standard delivery usually takes around 7 - 10 business days.
If your order hasn't arrived after two weeks, please contact us and we will look into the details.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damages reported after 7 days of receipt will not be refunded.

Products are stocked up on a regular basis. If a product you want is out of stock, please feel free to shoot us a message with the product you are looking for in the subject line. We will send you a notifications when they are back in stock.
